DESCRIPTION:This seminar will be held at the Self-Defense Global KC main school. Address to the school is 1847 NW Vivion Rd Riverside\, MO 64150. \nYou are welcome to bring a friend and wear comfortable athletic clothing with clean gym shoes. Guests will receive a free EDC self-defense tool\, a $14.95 value. There is no cost or obligation to continue by attending this event. \nWe will include safe physical training\, dialogue\, and question/answer in this program. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. \nWe will be covering: \n• The reality of violence – Good News/Bad News\n• Use of Force Guidelines\n• How to Identify a Threat\n• How to avoid violence and de-escalate threats\n• The Proven Krav Maga Method for neutralizing threats\n• How to use the EDC Keyring self-defense tool \nClass will be taught by founder of Self-Defense Global\, Eric Scott. Eric has over 29 years of martial arts and self-defense training. He is graciously volunteering his time and studio in offering this class to the LGBT community of Greater Kansas City.
