Bear Crossing Planning Committee

I am here to recruit you! Do you or have you ever wanted to be a part of the Bear Crossing Planning Committee? Well now is your chance to come hear all about it, learn how the planning process works, and decide if you’d like to get involved! This will be an informational meeting where you can meet the guys already involved with the committee and ask any and all questions that you might have.

There are several ways you can help out on the committee. We’ll be looking for help with anything from event coordination, task management, marketing, sponsorship recruitment, gathering donations, graphic designers, artists, and many other skill sets. If you have experience or would like to help in any of those areas we’d love to have you come to this meeting. There will be refreshments served as well! If you are interested in being a part of the committee but are unable to make the meeting, please message me directly or post in the event and we’ll make sure you are alerted when the next meeting is.
